Highlights

  • 7+ years of research experience in User Experience (UX) and Human Computer Interaction (HCI) in industry and academia, with a broad expertise in qualitative and quantitative methods.

  • Designed and coordinated numerous interdisciplinary projects, in person and distributed (many times simultaneously), managing teams of 10+ stakeholders. ​

  • Research projects include human-centred approaches to explore mental wellbeing practices, and the design of multi-sensory brain-computer interfaces to support self-regulation strategies.

  • Broad publication record in premiere international conferences and journals such as CHI, DIS and JMIR.

  • Teaching experience: lectures in HCI, mentoring and supervision of undergraduate and postgraduate students.

  • Awarded Marie Curie Early Stage Researcher PhD Fellowship at the interdisciplinary consortium of AffecTech, partners including: the European Commission, the NHS and international universities and industry. 

  • Best paper honourable mention award at CHI2021, CHI2020, CHI2019 and DIS2020, BSc thesis and MSc award for research track.

  • Reviewer for a wide range of HCI conferences and journals.

  • Presented research insights to cross-functional partners and the general public.

  • Creative technology projects awarded with a Cannes Lions Innovation Award and a Best Launch Webby Award.
